Making home-made snow the easy way
As promised here is my video on how to make artificial snow at home in three easy steps. There are only two ingredients; Bi-carb (Baking Powder) and hair conditioner. Mix together and spread out. Simple, cheap and elegant way to create a festive scene or display.
My friend recently gave it a go with her girls. They had fun and results were really good!

December 16, 2018 at 5:41 amYes, you must certainly can add glitter to the mix. Also if mixture starts to dry out, you can spray with water to soften it up again!
